- E&O is on us
- Your firm's professional-liability policy doesn't cover outside engagements — that's the gap that stops most appraisers and valuation analysts. We plan to carry an errors-and-omissions umbrella over every value you'd certify here.
- Only your competence
- Work is matched to your credential and the states you hold. A residential-only certification never surfaces a business-valuation or fairness-opinion engagement you aren’t qualified to sign.
- You can always say no
- Every file can be sent back with a note instead of certified. Declining costs you nothing and won’t affect what you’re offered next — your signature is never assumed.
- We build the workpaper file
- Intake, comparables, the valuation model, and a USPAP-conformant draft opinion are prepared for you. What reaches you is the value conclusion that needs your certified judgment and signature.
- Verified before your first matter
- At onboarding we’ll capture your appraiser license or ABV/ASA/CVA credential and verify it against the official roster before your first engagement. Nothing is marked verified the moment you type it.
- Early access
- This is opening to a small group of credentialed professionals first — not yet a live marketplace. We’re measuring demand and terms with the people who’d actually sign the work.
